Hannah Bahng Announces Australian Shows for The Abysmal Tour

Fresh from a sold-out debut tour across the United States, Australian singer, songwriter, and creator Hannah Bahng is set to make her long-awaited return home.

This March, Bahng will bring The Abysmal Tour to Australian shores, with exclusive headline performances scheduled at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Wednesday, 19 March, and Howler in Melbourne on Sunday, 23 March.

The tour celebrates Bahng’s recently released debut project, The Abysmal EP, a seven-track collection that showcases her genre-defying artistry and introspective songwriting. Released independently through Bahng Entertainment, the EP features standout tracks like lead single Abysmal and fan favorite POMEGRANATE, both of which have captivated audiences worldwide.

Blending elements of pop, soul, and R&B, Bahng has carved a distinct musical identity that reflects her authenticity—a quality resonating deeply with her rapidly growing fanbase.

“Her music offers a glimpse inside the restless mind of someone who's still figuring themselves out.” — Teen Vogue“A raw, introspective journey through the lens of a young artist at the cusp of self-discovery.” — Sworn By Sound

Hannah Bahng first rose to prominence in 2021 through her YouTube channel, where her candid vlogs and vocal covers amassed a devoted following.

At just 17, she quickly became a voice for fans who admired her humor, relatability, and creative spirit. Her debut single, perfect blues, dropped in 2023, accompanied by a self-directed performance video that marked the start of her burgeoning career.

Growing up in a musical household inspired by legends like Chet Baker, Ella Fitzgerald, and Édith Piaf, Bahng’s artistry is deeply rooted in her early experiences playing piano and guitar. Many of the songs on The Abysmal EP were written on her family’s piano, capturing a deeply personal journey through life and music.

Don’t miss your chance to see Hannah Bahng bring her heartfelt and dynamic music to life this March.
